Sprinkler Pump House Electrics
Power Tech carries out structured wiring installations to all forms of sprinkler pump houses and are able to take as much or as little of the installation as the client requires.
All Power Tech installations are guaranteed and all staff have CSCS accreditation with all electricians being JIB Registered and educated to the relevant 17th edition qualifications.
Power Tech understands the importance of delivering the end product in a timely manner and we will work with you throughout the whole installation,
developing an "open and honest environment" enabling us to hand the project over on time, every time.
A general installation would include:
- Distribution board, amount of ways dependant on size of pump house.
- Lighting circuit to include emergency lighting, numbers dependant on size of pump house.
- Emergency exit bulkhead positioned above main entry and exit door.
- Wall heater or fan heaters dependant on size of pump house.
- Power supply in the form of 1 RCD protected double metal clad socket.
- Tank immersion heater protected by a designated RCB.
- Trace heating and thermal insulation to all exposed lines.
- Wiring of jockey pump and starter.
- Wiring of electric pump and starter.
- Wiring of diesel pump and starter.
- Wiring of test initiation board.
- Wiring of remote alarm panel normally situated within a manned area of the building to be protected.
- Testing and inspection of the finished installation.
